Glass Replacement Warranty
Generations Auto Glass includes a Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all our auto glass replacements.
We will fix any water leaks or air noise that are the result of our installation as well as replace any defective glass that we supply at no cost to our customer for as long as you own or lease the vehicle.
Glass Repair Warranty
We warrant that our completed windshield repairs will not fail for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. Windshield repairs are extremely effective to prevent further cracking of the windshield, yet in rare cases due to excessive internal stressing there could be a possibility that the repair will not hold, and the repaired crack will grow.
In the event that a repair fails, Generations Auto Glass will refund the cost of the repair. We will not cover the cost of a windshield replacement for a failed repair, only a full refund of the cost of the repair.
Due to the unpredictable nature of glass there is always a small chance that a rock chip will spread while we are performing the repair. In these cases, there will be no charge for any labor for the attempted repair. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of replacing the windshield if this occurs. The windshield was already broken and further spreading while we attempt a repair is unlikely, but possible. Windshield repairs typically clear up approximately 80% and in most cases it will still be slightly visible and more so from certain angles though with much more clarity.
Warranty Claim Process
If you experience an issue covered under our warranty, please contact us immediately during normal business hours at 501-708-1420. We will inspect the issue and if warrantable, will correct the problem at no charge to you.
Warranty Terms & Transferability
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
